Are Parked Domain Names Just Another Exit? This is the first in a series of flowcharts to describe how domains are currently monetized, and how they could be monetized. The purpose of this is to initiate a discussion and hopefully influence those who can to do a better job serving our needs, that is, monetize our domain names better.
Does the above make sense to you? Is ...

Have You Checked Out ExpiringDomains.com? Yesterday, I published an article titled 'There Are No Secrets In The Domain Industry', which has so far received a few interesting comments.
If there was or is any secret in the domain industry as such, then it would be to do with expiring domain names.
Almost every domainer will eventually hear the name Yun Ye. This

TheDomains.com Turkeys Of The Year Award First I want to wish all of you and your families a great thanksgiving, as we all have so much to be thankful for. With so many people out of work; losing their homes, companies out of business and retirement plans wiped out, as an industry, we are very, very fortunate.
I see many TV shows

Your Domains Should Be Bookmarked in Your Brain After eight days straight of being under the camera eye, I gotta say it's been a wild ride so far. I've met hundreds of people that I never would have met if not for this experiment. The conversations have been mostly intriguing, at times mind expanding, and every now and then, a little mundane. So in the spirit of the American holid...

An attack on the world and immoral domainers I am horrified by the cruelty and brutality of the terrorist attacks on Mumbai. What is wrong with this world? Why are humans killing each other in such horrendous ways? What are they trying to prove by attacking a hospital, opening fire on ill, defenceless people? I can’t find the words to explain how hurt

Twitter Is A Breaking News Source Doubters of Twitter’s potential as a breaking news source have once again been proven wrong in the aftermath of the horrible events unfolding in Mumbai, India over the last 24 hours.

goarmy.com/for_parents URL-aholic Ron Patrick spied this traitorous URL. I like the fact that the URL backs up the ad speaking directly to parents but methinks Parents.GoArmy.com would work much better. This URL loses the battle with the slash and the war with the underscore.
